WARRANTY & RETURNS
Custom Item Returns
If an item was ordered with customization, i.e. house numbers, special dimensions, or characters, it cannot be returned for reasons other than warranty issues. We DO NOT accept cancellations for custom items if they have already been built. If the item has already been fabricated, but we have not yet shipped it at the time of cancellation, we only offer a refund for the shipping fees.
Freight Item Returns
We do not accept returns on items that ship via LTL freight. This includes our Overland Mailbox, Stratford Mailbox, Fire Pits, and Planter orders. These items cannot be returned for reasons other than warranty issues. If you have an issue with your built-to-order product, please reach out to us directly at support@boldmfg.com.
General Returns
Certain items that are not customized can be returned if they are unused (not installed) and in their original packaging. They must be sent back to us within 14 days from the shipment date for a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Your refund can only be issued back to the original form of payment.
Returns of this nature must be received in new, unused condition (not installed), and in original packaging. The product cannot have noticeable wear and tear, rust, or scratches. We will issue a refund once the product has been received and inspected.
**We do NOT offer returns on any handrail orders. Please double check your measurements before choosing your rail size.**
